Sharon Marques Haynes, 70, was born July 29, 1946 in Washington D.C., Maryland, and passed away November 24, 2016 in Houston, Texas.
Sharon graduated High School from Incarnate Word Academy of Houston in 1964, then the University of St Thomas in 1968. A 36 year retiree from Duke Energy (nee Texas Eastern), she enjoyed being a Competition chili cook, reading, traveling across the country, and also was dedicated volunteer with the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo.
Sharon is preceded in death by her mother Lola Marques. She is survived by her Husband of 48 years,...

Sharon is preceded in death by her mother Lola Marques. She is survived by her Husband of 48 years, Bob Haynes; Son Edward & Wife Bridget, their son Kyle; Son John & wife Rachael, their children, Michaela, Sebaztain and Trinity. Known as FAVORITE Aunt Sharon by her Favorite nephew, Scott Quinton and Favorite nieces Missy Tidwell and Jaimie Holman and their children and grandchildren; many cousins, of which Sharon was the Favorite from the Marques Family.
A Memorial service will be held on December 2, 2016 at 2pm at Earthman Resthaven Funeral Home Cemetery 13104 North Freeway Houston, Tx 77060
In Lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, Incarnate Word Academy of Houston, and/or the American Cancer Society.
