Mary Rebecca Lopez-Zeigman was born into this world the daughter of Leonardo and Simona Lopez, who made their home in Corpus Christi, Texas. She made the wellbeing of others her life's work, moving to Houston and starting her career as a nurse, acquiring her LVN, and even later helping nanny children. Mary personified altruism, ever putting other's wellbeing above herself. She had a caring, maternal and soothing nature. She also was strong and structured with a grasp for instilling obedience and discipline in a manner that belied her petite stature. Mary had a passion for politics, Hispanic soap operas and sweets!! She is preceded in death by her parents: Leonardo and Simona Lopez. She is survived by her brother Joseph Lopez, sister Rachel Seifert, first husband Ronald Zeigman, son Ronnie, daughters Yvonne and Debbie, significant other Pat Kelley, grandchildren Taylor, Hannah, Summer, Gavin, and Julia. She was also a motherly figure to Pat's boys Brady and John. We will miss you Mary, may the angels guide you home and may we ever be mindful of the lessons you taught us.
